NAOS Emerging Opportunities Company Limited: Issue of Bonus Options Completed (ASX:NCCOB)   

NAOS Emerging Opportunities Company Limited (Company) is pleased to advise that the one-for-four bonus options as announced on 17 June 2019 have now been issued to eligible shareholders. A total of 14,975,819 bonus options have been issued.

The bonus options have an exercise price of $1.02 (which is the equivalent to the pre-tax net tangible assets per share of the Company as at 31 May 2019). The expiry date of the bonus options is 29 June 2021.

The bonus options will commence trading on the ASX today under the revised ticker code ASX:NCCOB (not NCCOA as had previously been confirmed to the Company by the ASX).
